Sherie Ellington’s experience encompasses many facets of marketing.  After graduating with a commercial art degree in 1981, Sherie worked in the healthcare field where she built a strong referral development, community relations, and media network.  During this time, she trained herself in desktop publishing before serving as communications director for a chamber of commerce from 1994-99.  At the chamber, she also assisted with marketing research and business development programs.  She later returned to school to finish her BA and then MA with an emphasis on marketing, business communications, and digital media.

In 2003, she established a successful career in economic development marketing but also continued her design work.  An avid writer with experience producing content for all types of media, Sherie also wrote a Sunday newspaper column and co-authored a book.
